Hello, my name is Ali and I'm a procrastinator. Admitting the problem is the first step, right?
So, besides being a procrastinator, who am I? Why should you read my blog?
Let's start at the second question and work backwards, shall we? I don't know why you should read my blog. Why does anyone read any blog? I can tell you that I don't have an interesting pregnancy to follow, I don't have a sick baby, I'm not a photographer, so I won't have amazing, professional quality pictures for you to look at. Wow, way to sell it, Ali! Here's what I do have to offer though: I'm smart, opinonated, kinda funny, a LOT sarcastic and I really, really love my kids.
Oh, my kids. Now, they're a reason to read the blog!
Big brother is Jared.
Jared is 11 yrs old, has Down Syndrome, Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes and is the light of my life. Jared teaches me so much! Things like patience and unconditional love and how to always find the good in people and situations. I'm still a work in progress, but luckily his patience with me seems to know no bounds.
Little brother is Caleb.
Caleb is almost 2 yrs old, smart as a whip, full of limitless reserves of energy (the kid is literally the personification of Tigger), FUNNY, oh is he funny! and as much as he makes me want to tear my hair out at times, he fills my heart with endless love.
So, there you have it. That's us. A big, a little, a mom...and a whole lot of love.
